3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
The Site is intended for individuals seeking employment and for
Agencies (employers) or recruiters seeking candidates for employment.
You may use this Site only for lawful purposes within the stated
context of Law Enforcement Applicant Placement Inc., intended and
acceptable use of the Site. Law Enforcement Applicant Placement Inc.
is the sole interpreter of the Sites intended and acceptable use.
4. LICENSE TO USE BY APPLICANTS (EMPLOYEES) SEEKING JOBS
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. hereby grants you a limited,
terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site only for
your personal use seeking employment opportunities for yourself.
This authorizes you to view and use the Applicant Profile Database
on the Site solely for your personal, noncommercial use. You agree
that you are solely responsible for the content of any Document you
post to the Site and any consequences arising from such posting. You
also agree to be contacted by Agencies (Employers) that meet your
search criteria that you enter on the Applicant Profile Database.
Your use of the Site is a privilege. Law Enforcement Applicant
Placement, Inc. reserves the right to suspend or terminate that
privilege for any reason at any time, in its sole discretion. You
may not reproduce, modify, display, sell, or distribute the Content,
or use it in any other way for public or commercial purpose. This
includes copying or adapting the HTML code used to generate Web pages
on the Site. "HIRING-POLICE.com," the design logo and
certain other names or logos which are service marks or trademarks
of Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc., and all related product
and service names, design marks and slogans are the service marks or
trademarks of Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. In addition,
the "look" and "feel" of the Site (including
color combinations, button shapes, layout, design and all other
graphical elements) are also protected by Law Enforcement Applicant
Placement, Inc.'s trademarks, service marks and copyrights. All other
product and service marks contained on the Site are the trademarks of
their respective owners. When you register for the Site, you will be
asked to provide the Company with certain information including,
without limitation, a valid email address (your "Personal
information"). Please see the Company's Privacy Policy for
further details regarding your Personal Information. You acceptance
of these Terms of Use shall include your acceptance of the Company's
Privacy Policy.
5. LICENSE TO USE BY AGENCIES (EMPLOYERS) WHO ARE EMPLOYEES
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. hereby grants you a limited,
terminable, non-exclusive right to access and use the Site only for
your internal business use seeking candidates for employment. This
authorizes you to use the Applicant Profile Database for your personal
use directly related to using the Site for the purpose of searching
and recruiting job prospects. You may not sell, transfer or assign
any products or services or your rights to any products or services
(including access to the Applicant Profile Database) provided by Law
Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. to any third party without the
express written authorization of Law Enforcement Applicant Placement,
Inc. You agree that it is your responsiblity to verify any information
listed by an applicant on the Applicant Profile Database prior to
employment. You agree that you are solely responsible for the content
of any Document you post to the Site and any consequences arising
from such posting. Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. reserves
the right to suspend or terminate your access and use at any time if
we determine that you are in breach of any of these Terms and
Conditions. When you register for the Site, you will be asked to
provide the Company with certain information including, without
limitation, a valid email address (your "Personal information").
Please see the Company's Privacy Policy for further details regarding
your Personal Information. You acceptance of these Terms of Use shall
include your acceptance of the Company's Privacy Policy.
6. ACCESS TO SERVICES / RESTRICTIONS ON SITE USAGE
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. may be used by individuals
seeking employment and employers seeking employees.
ACCESS TO SERVICES
Only one individual can access the service with a specific user ID.
Agencies (Employers) are granted up to three individuals to access
and use the Applicant Profile Database. All registered users must
comply with the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
No indididual may have more than one user ID within the service.
A user ID may only access HIRING-POLICE.com on one computer at any
given time, except for Agencies (Employers) which may have up to
three.
Each Agency / Department (Employers) can have up to three members,
but each member will be required to have his/her own unique user ID
and password.
THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS ARE PROHIBITED:
Posting incomplete, false or inaccurate information or information
which is not your own.
Posting non-Applicant Profile Database information such as editorial
pieces or notices.
Responding to a job opportunity for any reason except to apply for
that opportunity.
Communications that solicit a Law Enforcement Applicant Placement,
Inc. (HIRING-POLICE.com) member business by our competitors is
prohibited and will be met with swift legal action.
Deleting or revising any material posted by any other person or
entity.
Trying to access data not intended for use or logging into an account
that the user is not authorized to use;
Attempting to penetrate, scan or test the vulnerability of the Law
Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. (HIRING-POLICE.com) Web site;
Trying to interfere with service to any user or network, or by
overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or
"crashing" or submitting a virus to Law Enforcement
Applicant Placement, Inc.
Sending unsolicited e-mail, including promotions, advertising of
products or servicesPost any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club
membership", distributorship or sales representative agency
arrangement or other business opportunity, which requires an up front
or periodic payment, pays commissions only requires recruitment of
other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
Post Content that is copyrighted, unless you are the copyright owner
or have the permission of the copyright owner to post it.
Post Content that reveals trade secrets, unless you own them or have
the permission of the owner.
Post Content that infringe on any other intellectual property rights
of others or on the privacy or publicity rights of others.
Post Content that is obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing,
abusive, hateful, or embarrassing to another user or any other person
or entity.
Post any type of inappropriate and/or sexually-explicit language
statement.
Post advertisements or solicitations of business, post chain letters
or pyramid schemes; impersonate another person; or post Content that
contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or
other computer programming routines or engines that are intended to
damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or
expropriate any system, data or information.
Post any hyperlinks to pages off of the HIRING-POLICE.com Web Site.
The Company reserves the right to disable any hyperlinks contained
in a job posting or otherwise when posted on the Site.
License from User. By submitting any form of content (graphic, text,
audiovisual, sound, etc.) to any public or non-public area of the
Law Enforcement Applicant Profile, Inc.(HIRING-POLICE.com) Site, you
grant the Company and its affiliates the royalty-free, perpetual,
irrevocable, sublicenseable (through multiple tiers), non-exclusive
right (including any moral rights) and license to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from,
distribute, communicate to the public, perform and display the content
(in whole or in part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other
works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed,
for the full term of any rights that may exist in such content. You
also warrant that the holder of any rights, including moral rights
in such content, has completely and effectively waived all such rights
and validly and irrevocably granted to you the right to grant the
license stated above. You also permit any subscriber to access,
display, view, store and reproduce such content for personal use.

includes name, e-mail address, age, gender, location information,
personal information, systems information, content preferences. The
information is stored locally in the Applicant Profile Database and

Placement, Inc., servers and is sent to and from such servers as part
of routine communications that support our Services.

cooperate with U.S. and international law enforcement authorities to
prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.
7. CREATION OF APPLICANT PROFILE DATABASE ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD
If you as an applicant or agency agree to the terms and sign-up for
services provided by Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. you
will be required to create a password during the process. You are
responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and
your account information, and you are fully responsible for all
activities that occur under the auspices of your account. You are to
immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or
e-mail address or any other breach of security, and ensure that you
exit from your account at the end of each session. In consideration
of your use of the Service, you represent that you are of legal age
to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving
services under the laws of the United States or other applicable
jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and
complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's
Applicant Profile Database and maintain and promptly update the
Applicant Profile Database to keep it true, accurate, current and
complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate,
not current or incomplete, Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc.
has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue,
inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Law Enforcement Applicant
Placement, Inc. has the right to suspend or terminate your account
and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. You
must be 18 years of age to access and use the Applicant Profile
Database.
8. OWNERSHIP
The Content on the HIRING-POLICE.com Site is protected under United
States copyright, trademark and/or other laws and is the property of
the Company and/or its content suppliers or clients. Unauthorized use
of the Content may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws. You
may not sell or modify the Content or reproduce, display, distribute,
or otherwise use the Content in any way for any public or commercial
purpose, including but not restricted to the adaptation of any code
that the Company creates to generate its pages. You shall not display,
disparage, dilute, or taint our service mark or use any confusingly
similar marks or use our mark in such a way that would misrepresent
who the proper owner of such mark is. Any permitted use of our service
mark by you shall be to our benefit.
9. THE COMPANY'S LIABILITY
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. (HIRING-POLICE.com) is
only a venue. The Site acts as a venue for Agencies (employers) to
post job opportunities and access the Applicant Profile Database and
for applicants to apply and list information on the database. The
Company is not involved in the actual hiring process or transaction
between agencies (employers) and applicants. As a result, the Company
has no control over the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or
resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings or posting by
employers or applicants, the ability of employers to offer job
opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job
openings. In addition, note that there are risks, including but not
limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers,
foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false
pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other
users with whom you come in contact through the HIRING-POLICE.com
site. Release from User-to-User Dealings. Because user authentication
on the Internet is difficult, Law Enforcement Applicant Placement,
Inc. cannot and does not confirm that each user is who they claim to
be, because we do not and cannot be involved in user-to-user dealings
or control the behavior of participants. In the event that you have a
dispute with one or more users, you release the Company (and our agents
and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential,
direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown,
suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of
or in any way connected with such disputes. We are under no legal
obligation to, and generally do not, control the information provided
by other users which is made available through the Site. By its very
nature, other people's information may be offensive, harmful or
inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabeled or deceptively
labeled. We expect that you will use caution and common sense when
using this Site.
We are not Responsible For User Conduct or Postings. The Company acts
as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of

Company reserves the right to expel users and prevent their further

right to remove communications which are abusive, illegal, or
disruptive. The Company may take any action at any time with respect
to user-submitted information that it deems necessary or appropriate
in its sole discretion if it believes it may create liability for the
Company, harm other Users or may cause the Company to lose (in whole
or in part) the services of its ISPs or other suppliers. Inaccuracies.
The Content may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The
Company makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability,
completeness, or timeliness of this Site or the Content. The use of
the Site and the Content is at your own risk. Changes are periodically
made to the Site by the Company and may be made to any all job

any Content placed by you on the Site. Not an Employer to Users. The
Company is not to be considered to be an employer with respect to your
use of the Site and the Company shall not be responsible for any
employment decisions, for whatever reason made, made by any entity
posting jobs on the Site.
10. PAYMENT OF SERVICES AGREEMENT:
All services will be paid for in advance. Any termination of services
will result in the forfeiture of all payments and no reimbursement
for early termination will be granted.
11. LINKS TO OTHER SITES
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. (HIRING-POLICE.com) contains
links to third party web sites. These links are provided solely as a
convenience to you and not as an endorsement by Law Enforcement
Applicant Placement, Inc. of the contents on such third-party web
sites. Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. is not responsible
for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any
representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such
third-party web sites. If you decide to access linked third-party web
sites, you do so at your own risk. Law Enforcement Applicant Placement
provides Agencies (Employers) and Applicants users with access to a
rich collection of resources, including various communications tools,
search services, personalized content and branded programming through
its network of properties which may be accessed through any various
medium or device now known or hereafter developed. You also understand
and agree that the Service may include advertisements and that these
advertisements are necessary for Law Enforcement Applicant Placement,
Inc. to provide the Service. You also understand and agree that the
Service may include certain communications from Law Enforcement
Applicant Placement, Inc. such as service announcements, and
administrative messages, and that these communications are considered
part of Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. use and you will
not be able to opt out of receiving them, or any new features that
augment or enhance the current Service. You understand and agree that
the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that Law Enforcement
Applicant Placement, Inc. assumes no responsibility for the timeliness,
deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications
or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access
to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as
Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for
those fees, including those fees associated with the display or
delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are
responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.
12. INTENDED FOR USE IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY
The Company makes no claims that the Content may be lawfully viewed
or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Content may
not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access

risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your

Responsibility
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. assumes no responsibility
for Documents posted by Users and no responsibility for the activities,
omissions or other conduct of Users. Law Enforcement Applicant
Placement acts as a portal for the online distribution and publication
of User submitted information and has no obligation to screen
communications or information in advance and is not responsible for
screening or monitoring Documents posted by Users. If notified by a
User of a Document which allegedly does not conform to this agreement,
We may investigate the allegation and determine in good faith and in
its sole discretion whether to remove or request the removal of such
Document. Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. has no liability
or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such
activities. Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. may take any
action with respect to User submitted information that it deems
necessary or appropriate, in its sole discretion.
No endorsements by Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc.
Nothing on the Site shall be considered an endorsement, representation
or warranty with respect to any User or third party, whether in
regards to its web site, products, services, hiring, experience,
employment or recruiting practices, or otherwise.
14. NO GUARANTY OF RESULTS
Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc. is not an employment
agency or a recruiting firm, and makes no representations or
guarantees regarding the effectiveness or timeliness of the Site in
meeting the employment objectives of Users. Law Enforcement Applicant
Placement, Inc. does not guarantee that Documents posted by Users will
result in candidates being hired or positions being filled, and is not
responsible for any employment decisions, for whatever reason made,
made by any User.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED
ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. LAW

NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR
A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LAW ENFORCEMENT APPLICANT
PLACEMENT, INC. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT THE SERVICE WILL
MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY,
SECURE OR ERROR-FREE; THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE
OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; THE QUALITY OF ANY
PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR
OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS;
AND ANY ERRORS IN THE SOFTWARE WILL BE CORRECTED. ANY MATERIAL

A SMALL PERCENTAGE OF USERS MAY EXPERIENCE EPILEPTIC SEIZURES WHEN
EXPOSED TO CERTAIN LIGHT PATTERNS OR BACKGROUNDS ON A COMPUTER SCREEN
OR WHILE USING THE SERVICE. CERTAIN CONDITIONS MAY INDUCE PREVIOUSLY
UNDETECTED EPILEPTIC SYMPTOMS EVEN IN USERS WHO HAVE NO HISTORY OF
PRIOR SEIZURES OR EPILEPSY. IF YOU, OR ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY, HAVE AN
EPILEPTIC CONDITION, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN PRIOR TO USING THE SERVICE.
IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE AND CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN
IF YOU EXPERIENCE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SYMPTOMS WHILE USING THE
SERVICE: DIZZINESS, ALTERED VISION, EYE OR MUSCLE TWITCHES, LOSS OF
AWARENESS, DISORIENTATION, ANY INVOLUNTARY MOVEMENT, OR CONVULSIONS.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOU EXPRESSLY UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT LAW ENFORCEMENT APPLICANT
PLACEMENT, INC. AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES,
AGENTS, PARTNERS AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY
DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS,
GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM THE USE
OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE; THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF
SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS, DATA,
INFORMATION OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED
OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICE; UNAUTHORIZED
ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA; STATEMENTS OR
CONDUCT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; OR ANY OTHER MATTER
RELATING TO THE SERVICE.
17. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES
OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF
SECTIONS 15 AND 16 MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
18. MISCELLANEOUS
CHOICE OF LAW; CHOICE OF FORUM; WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL. This Agreement
is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and of the United
States. Any dispute or lawsuit against Law Enforcement Applicant
Placement, Inc, which concerns this Agreement or which arises in any
manner out of the use or operation of the HIRING-POLICE.com web site
shall be brought solely in a state or Federal court in and for Duval
County, Florida unless Law Enforcement Applicant Placement, Inc.
consents in writing to a different court or forum. EACH PARTY WAIVES
ITS RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY SUCH DISPUTE OR LAWSUIT.
